Bloody Bellini (Energy: protection, love, celebration)
Ingredients
60 mL/2 oz gin
30 mL/1 oz cherry simple syrup
Sparkling wine
Directions
Combine gin and syrup with ice in a shaker
Stir until cold
Strain into a glass (I used a coupe glass)
Top with sparkling wine & garnish with cherries!

Black Manhattan
Ingredients
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Amaro
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash regular bitters
Directions
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Stir and pour through a strainer into a martini glass.
Garnish with delicious boozy cherries and drink up!
